Select Manage Accounts under the Accounts Tab.
Click New in order to create a new account.
Fill in each box in the table – including Purpose, Currency, and Bank Location. Once completed, select Apply.
You should receive a "success" message on screen.
After submitting, PingPong will be notified that a customer has requested a new account and set up with banking partner.
When the account becomes available, it will display on the portal – until such time it will show as pending. This process should take 1-2 business days.
